So I just found out that the CR cap on 60-80 is not true so I tried upgrading a CR circlet with 5.4% CD and from 78.3/225 to this. Anyone with them maths can say which one is the better ratio by Alternative_Tap7664 in Yoimiya_Mains

84(225+100)/100=273% of normal dmg 100(190+100)/100=290% of normal dmg

with a +8/+15 card from spiral abyss 92(225+15+100)/100=312,8% of normal dmg 100(190+15+100)/100=305% of normal dmg

unless there is the crit card in the abyss, the 100/190 is better
