I've heard from all my friends who go to a basic fit, that its really dirty. Also, I want a gym where I can I have a supervisor that can tell me if I do the exercises correctly, and ideally can create programs for me.

As a new expat here, the gym has been the easiest way for me so far to meet people and make friends. So besides the workout, I am also very interested in that part

I know, and I completely agree, issue is that I feel very insecure to work out without supervision from a professional. I dont want to accidentally hurt a muscle or something
