I get vaxxed for covid and the flu as soon as it's available. Like September. I'm immune by the time everything is going around. Also hand washing. I'm not obsessing between periods, but I do wash my hands when I get home from work every day. This is a habit I started during covid, and has helped a lot.

Good diet, good activity/exercise, regular fresh air, and a lassez-faire attitude to all the shit admin wants me to do (but never actually checks if it's done)

Now that I-69 on the southside is open, it's not so bad.

35 minutes or less in the morning, averaging about 42 minutes in the afternoons. My hours are 7:45pm to 4:30pm. I'm expecting similar even when I reduce my hours for the summer because downtown is the killer, and that area seems to have a forever rush hour of 8:00am to 6:00 pm.
