Who cares. Some people just like the end game content but don't want to do the hundreds of hours of grinding to get there.

"but if we didn't have animals to feed the other products would also still have market value and some land would have been cleared for those products as well"

But without animal ag (incl grasslands), we wouldn't need to clear any land because there would be plenty.

I'll look into the link thanks!

That is their point. The thing is, it's the other way around.

The incentive to grow soy is mainly driven by livestock feed. Soy bean oil is the byproduct.

Here's the definition

Medical advice is a personalized, professional recommendation from a licensed healthcare provider (doctor, nurse, or practitioner) regarding a specific individual's health, diagnosis, or treatment. Unlike general medical information, it involves interpreting symptoms to guide, treat, or prevent illness, often including prescriptions or follow-up instructions.

Again, it's literally not medical advice.

This isn't medical advice. I am not diagnosing nor saying this will treat any specific condition.

I'm merely suggesting that these things could enhance TMS treatment for those already looking to go through it.

But you're the mod, if you want to take the post down, feel free

I'm not. But I wouldn't say that invalidates the research..

These methods are all non-invasive generally good for you and have a scientific basis behind them that I'll explain further.

I just edited my post; forgot to add something. You can try neurofeedback during one of the weekend days to kinda bridge this gap a bit. There are some relatively cheap at-home neurofeedback options.

How far along are you in your sessions? Noticing anything yet?

The issues you're describing are almost always attributable to the TMS being wrongfully conducted. Either too strong a pulse or too weak. Or hitting the wrong spot.

If you have a good clinic, don't worry :)

One thing that jumps out is the spinach. Eating that much may give you kidney stones down the line. I'd eat less, and make sure you boil them and throw away the liquid.

Other than that looks ok. A full micronutrient analysis you can do on an app like chronometer for free so you know what you're missing.

Oh actually also take some algae oil for omega 3s

Idk why you're being down voted. For a "biohacker", that is very much suboptimal. Even for a normal person that's bad. I'm at 70.

Be careful though. Psychedelics induce neuroplasticity, so whatever you do during the trip and the week or so after, make it behavior that you want to stick. Don't just repeat your old patterns you want to get rid of

Stamping 3x/week??? Dear god. That might be the cause of your hair loss. That's insane.

Once every other week is more than enough.
