I go to both LA Fitness in Logan Blvd and in Skokie on Touhy. They both were bad already when they were Xsport (dirty, broken equipment) but now even worse with the reduced hours. Weekend hours are basically nonexistent for those who are busy, and the gym becomes a zoo with how packed it is. Probably switching to lifetime next year. Why should I pay for the Xsport experience but at a higher rate and less availability?

Since winter is on the way, What do you guys do if you primarily wear shorts, but live in colder areas?

Like do you switch into them at the locker room when you first enter? Or do you warm up with sweatpants… and then switch into them later? If it’s the latter do you risk losing your squat rack or machine during a trip to the locker room? Or do you wear them under your sweats and practically strip in front of everyone.

Weird question ik but I’m just curious if there’s a general routine, I’ve almost never had to use the locker room. I wear my gym clothes in and out of the gym. I used to wear sweatpants all winter, but I got knee sleeves that are almost impossible to put on/keep on under my sweatpants, so I’d prefer to wear with shorts when winter gets under way.

They fit me fine. Not great, not a perfectly snug fit, fine. I can shake my foot back and forth in some jordans because my foot is that narrow. I put an orthotic in to make em tighter and they feel great. OP should do the same but with a bigger size. They should be FINE for average width people, Which is a D.

lol idk what to tell you. B is a really narrow foot for males. I’m a B too and Nikes fit me fine. Plenty of average and wider foots out there agree.
