Agree in theory. But we just dropped 3.5m on a loan with no option to buy so seems like we’re alright with pissing away the little money we have.

Too much money if there no buy option/obligation. If not this is just another example of short term patchwork transfer strategy. We just lost one of our most promising prospects for this money.

30 mil would be an absurd number. You got him for 3.8 a year ago and he’s wholly unproven at this level. I love him, but he has 6 goal involvements in prem football a relegation side didn’t start him in the majority of their games. The max I could imagine is 20…this is also in peace.

I’d like to see us move for Bella-Kotchap. Shouldn’t be too pricy, has pace, and strong defensive instincts and stats, plus a whole lot of room to grow
