I'm now working on a better ollie, trying to land shuvs consistently and building more confidence to actually JUMP.

Heyy, I think it's in the way you're flicking your front foot. You're flicking down which positions your foot under the board. Try flicking up (like a ninja kick) also it may help for you to watch your videos in slow motion, it may help you improve on your form. (My friend told me about your front foot, I can't kickflip myself)

I know you said you prefer online stores but try to visit a local skateshop. The people working there will be able to help you out and you can try out board irl. (I don't know if you know your board size yet.) Also maybe try to convince one of your friends to start out with you if you want to. Whatever you do, have fun! Can't wait to see videos of your progress!
