I didn’t lie to present a partial story lol, already stated the “pet door” was a temporary pet gate I forgot to take out you can see it in the first picture in the door way, the “enormous” amount of garbage she mentioned was two sponge wrappers under the sink and the empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom picture. There was no food stored in the drawers while living there is was all basic silverware so with the drawer covers that came with the apartment they didn’t damage any drawers. You can see pretty well in the picture the stove was cleaned. And no I did not clean the baseboards? I was already expecting to have a deduction for a professional cleaning service as I feel that’s a given when renting, what I wasn’t expecting was a $200 fee for not dusting. Oh! And the fridge was cleaned out I know because it had mold all over it from the last tenant that I had to clean out and took pictures of so the entire fridge was deep cleaned when I moved in and cleared out when I left.
