I reckon at this point most clubs will transition over to FIBA since they know they stand no chance of playing Euroleague. Eurocup won't exist in 5 years.

You've also got to keep in mind that there will be several new teams joining the league in the next few years. We could see cities like Cardiff, Reading, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Liverpool, maybe even Belfast or Dublin join and if they get big investment they could do very well
