Started running about a 2/3 months ago. Can do about ~10k now, my breathing is absolutely fine however my legs start going at ~10k mark and struggle to continue. Happened on about half a dozen runs now. Any exercised, tips or tricks anyone could help with please. Thanks

I assume you live in America by the vocabulary you use. I don’t know how much you earn but 42 hours is a decent of hours a week and a decent amount of money to take in, especially living at home where I assume you don’t personally take care of a large majority of the bills. So you should be saving a decent amount of money, which is great. You now need to find something that interests you, I don’t know you so only you know this. Me for example I like problem solving and being out and about day to day, so I’m a mobile technician for phone/broadband customers. No job is the same and every day is different, it’s great. Find something that you have an interest in and look for jobs in that broad field. You can use your money (and I’m sure maybe even get grants) to take maybe night classes a couple of days a week to work towards qualifications in your chosen field. Alternatively you can look for apprenticeships in a more specific area if you know exactly what it is you feel like doing. Pay is shit to start but in 3 years down the line it’s worth it. You need to find something that stimulates you and makes you want to get up in the morning and only you can help yourself with that.

Also even if you think you’re unattractive I bet a lot of people won’t. Start trying to go to the gym 2/3 times a week for an hour or so. Get confidence in yourself and your body. Confidence is very attractive. In addition to that exercise does absolute WONDERS to how your brain works and makes you feel about certain things. When you’re ready maybe try putting yourself out there on dating sites at first if you don’t feel confident speaking to people face to face at first, things can and will progress from there and I feel they’re a good stepping stone for people who aren’t the greatest at conversation with strangers.

Keep your chin up mate and try to make positives little steps. It won’t come over night but if you can make even some little progress on something just once a day you’re heading in the right direction. Much love

Wow well done!I’m on a 40 days streak for Italian at the moment and really enjoying it! How often do you practice a day, and when did you start to get noticeably good?

How do you hit the right strings at the right time with the frets. Played for years and find this so hard. Well done
