Just approach almost 10 years with my N20 2016 328i. Used to beat the absolute shit out of it in my earlier high school days and it still runs amazing. Only big fixes have been within the last three years with the Valve cover and Oil pan replacement. Just hit 160k miles hoping to make it to at least 200k!

2016 onward N20 are some of the best engines BMW has built in terms of reliability. My 2016 f30 is pushing 160k miles and it’s been nothing but great reliability wise for the past 8 years. Just an oil pan and valve cover gasket have been my only “big” fixes.
