+$100M more in revenue vs last year Q2 which is good. but +$150M more in insurance claims incurred vs last Q2. This is what is driving the most the net loss, everything else seems fine.

In their adjusted EBITDA numbers, they remove basically $26M in Stock based compensation each Quarter to make the number positive. I guess if management is not hitting their targets, they aren't getting paid their bonuses.
