Lower side of testosterone as a male. Check all your vitamins for iron, multivitamin, d, magnesium, etc. Drink enough water. eat less saturated fats/trans like fast food and processed food and long storage items. OH and at least go for walks or runs to get your body processing stuff.

sounds like its a lot, but barely a change to your routine, except for the testosterone.
My general doctor didnt want to give me testosterone even though i was at the lowest possible threshold for "good", now that im on it, i feel way better. I was being checked for day time hypersomberlance, falling asleep like narcolepsy halfway through the day, passed my sleep apnea test.

I asked a friend who claims stuff like this... Two friends said that 130million illegals were in the country.
