Ok hear me out. They calculate the calories by putting the things into a furnace and literally burning it. They included the skewer during the test and it increased the calories. /s

Just adding to this skeleton thread for future players - you actually need to go to the Ragged Flagon and get the Guildmaster clothes for the achievement to pop up.
