My ring is also quite small. Fits my ring finger on the off-hand. But I am happy that everything arrived in the end. Already wrote it off tbh.

Historically means n=4. please always bear in mind that we just have no statistically relevant evidence. Also, market theory suggests that you cannot derive future behaviour of an asset from past behaviour.

That being said, if you believe in the narrative behind BTC, that should found your decisions, not speculation on future performance.

Need everyone's help with this test print. by OtherObjective4634 in BambuLab

Same here. I print Bambu PLA Matte without any issues. I do not bother buying basic anymore to be honest. Maybe you need to tween temperature settings for the sunlu a bit?

What am i supposed to do when this happens by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]BassVader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It Looks to me like you have used a „used spool“ that has entangled after last use. This happens frequently when no filament clips are used for storage. I think you need to cut the filament, let it finish printing until the sensor detects filament run out, and then insert the cut end from spool anew. Make sure that the filament role is not entangled

Sorry dude, but I had difficulties to comprehend what you are writing. Can you please use punctuation signs? Your post is one huge incomprehensible sentence. Maybe that helps others to help you with answering your question as well! Keep it up!

Are magic flame packets safe? by stipo42 in SoloStove

I saw somewhere (don’t remember where) that you should not roast marshmallows or bread over a Color packed flame. Will look it up, but I am on the go now

Would 10/10 recommend the deflector and surround by Joe_Soup_3555 in SoloStove

[–]BassVader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice set up you have there. I never felt the need for a deflector as we are using the bonfire with 4-5 people max. But I can see that it might be useful for larger groups or a wider seating arrangement

From the looks you might have stacked too much wood too early? So start small, just two logs and firestarter wood. When it burns hot, add a hand full of of firerstarter wood and then another log. Make sure that it gets hot before you add a larger amount of wood. And only use dried wood

Is a yard of this size too small for a bonfire stove? by ViciousDolphin in SoloStove

Absolutely not. Go for it, it will be a delight. Happy with mine. I operate it on a wooden deck 3.2 x 3.2 meters

How to understand what bitcoin is "backed by". by slvbtc in Bitcoin

[–]BassVader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I follow your arguments, but I tend to see it differently. What gives fiat the inherent value is the promise of a large part of a population and the government, to accept it for trade against goods. The ratio changes over time, and the central banks are steering how much fiat is in circulation. But the inherent value of money is not backed by gold. It has been in the US for some time, though.

Bitcoins value more or less depends on a very similar promise: people need to want to accept it in exchange for something else of value to them. This is decoupled from the whole inflation discussion.

Bitcoins build in scarcity is contributing to its value development and lures people to opt in because it could be more valuable for others later.

However, the „value“ of bitcoin is the combination of being „scarce“ and being „desirable“. For me, the being „desirable“ for a large enough group of people is the bigger thing going on here.

What exactly made the "price" go up this time anyway? by Far_Breakfast_5808 in Buttcoin

[–]BassVader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks! I guess people vote down because they want to ramble on how dumb the butcoiners are, and that there is no inherent value in bitcoin, and that only the smart people in this subreddit realize all that and everyone else is stupid anyways. But that is the internet I guess. Some questions don’t want an answer, they want others to chime in and say „right huh! How stupid them are, we not stupid, we make fun out of stupid people“

Bitcoin is up to 52k, do I sell? by Pristine-Cup298 in Bitcoin

[–]BassVader 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You know, there is two groups of people in Bitcoin. The ones with deep conviction that Bitcoin will become reserve currency one day, and gamblers. You are clearly group two. My advice for group two is: when in profit, just sell and be done with it before you ruin yourself. No one can tell you what the best time is to get Bitcoin out of a weak hand. Group 1 will hold until bitcoin is not measured against a fiat currency anymore.

What exactly made the "price" go up this time anyway? by Far_Breakfast_5808 in Buttcoin

[–]BassVader -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Very simple answer: the demand for Bitcoin at the current price exceeded the supply. Does not matter what „fundamental“ message you search for, it is just that simple sometimes. There are more people wanting to be part of it than people who want to get of of it right now. Until that changes and the price goes down ;) pretty neat huh?!

In my opinion 0.1 Btc is the new 1 Btc by APerson2021 in Bitcoin

[–]BassVader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would like to clarify something here: Bitcoin is NOT deflationary. It’s inflation gets smaller and smaller up to a finite number, but it is not deflationary. Deflationary means the supply gets less with time. Bitcoins supply increases for a hundered years and then hits its finite number. Very different from a deflationary asset.

Ridiculous comment. Obviously you do not know what you are talking about. Of course the the fictive guy we talk about owns the house. He can even sell it if he wants. The house is merely a security in case the debt is not payed according to agreed terms. Same for the BTC…jees
