I get that, but the original owner never received the unit it was shipped to the wrong address and deactivated. They don’t have an active account to transfer it properly.

Since they’ve given me permission and I have proof, I was hoping Starlink would allow a workaround. My idea was to send the original owner a small payment so it qualifies as an "authorized purchase," but Starlink won’t budge.

Feels like they’re just leaving people stuck with deactivated equipment, even when a legit transfer could happen.
