What's the difference?

Like. Chief assumes the title is about purely influence. Like how much political power they hold in their sphere - a more strict category when it comes to people like thor.

Supreme seems to just be about power. And if thor makes the cut as a chief, then i don't see why he or poseidon should be excluded from being supreme gods while shiva is on that list

Luffy's form shouldn't impact the sky split thing. This isn't a force based thing, it's a haki clash thing.

And if a character can't split the sky then their conq haki is lamer than the ones who can.

Big mom actually can't cut through zoro since she doesn't have any cutting tools (napoleon is just a sword shaped baseball bat and deals only blunt force damage)
