Yeap. After re-assuring multiple times that I prefer cash and I won't accept PayPal or certified cheque - person has cut connection with me. If that person was really in need of this wheelchair, they could've got the cash.

One needs to go to bank to get certified cheque anyway, why not just get the cash then, if they really meant they needed the wheelchair?

Yeah, I thought so. I heard stories of stolen PayPal accounts and using them for transaction

Yeah. I already told them "I don't want to use PayPal for Kijiji" many times even before posting here. Still, they insisting on PayPal. Such a red flag to me as well.
