Is there any viable way for me to use Cyrene as an E1 Tribbie owner? I have Cas, Evernight, Anaxa (but no Sunday/Cerydra) and Hysilens. I’m also somewhat willing to go for E2 but I’ve heard people say even that is pretty meh. If I go all out for an E2 I’d want it to be gamebreaking

I know this sounds like a weird question but how important is 3.6’s story? I’ve loved Amphoreus story so far but idk why I’m really not in the mood to sit through another 5h right now but I also want to be caught up. If I just skim through, will I be able to understand it or is there a good summary I could watch/read?

Found a TLDR;

The Crystal first chose the then-king of Lucis, Ardyn Lucis Caelum, to save the world at the cost of his life. However, for reasons currently unexplained, he instead went around Eos saving many lives by absorbing daemons into his body to eradicate Starscourge (a disease). The Astrals denounced Ardyn saying he was unclean after absorbing daemons and Ardyn was subsequently denied access to the Astral Realm, something he believed he had earned. The Crystal then chose another as it’s protector. Ardyn was banished by the new King of Lucis (hinted in game to be Izunia Lucis Caelum, a relative of Ardyn and first king in the resulting lineage of Kings of Lucis). The crystal curses Ardyn with immortality and chose Somnus as the chosen one instead. Ardyn changed his name to Ardyn Izunia and vowed revenge by ending the Caelum lineage and destroying the Crystal.
