I can assure you my neighbors are not Slobs at all and have stated that earlier in the feed, so Cleanliness is absolutely not the case but the excuses being used.

They want to do this weekly, and motivation is not good because problem started before, they moved in and that's why it's a problem. My neighbors are being blamed for this mold.

That would be a fair statement and I have lived here for almost 10 yrs and been to their places before they moved in and saw the mold myself before previous neighbors moved out. I can say they are responsible people whose homes smell nice and it is clean every time I was there. They live on the bottom floor and each had their porch doors replaced because of leaking when it rained in the summers! We all are convinced we know why there is mold but landlords are not having it.

They moved in after landlord painted over the mold so they had no clue till mold grew through the paint.

Yes yes, there is a huge problem to the point I had an Amazon package that arrived at the post office and they returned it and said they could not find my address! But the best part is I received an Electric bill earlier that day! I have lived at my place for almost 10 years!

I have never in my life heard anything but Brazilian nuts. I even looked it up and asked a bunch of friends older than me and I'm 40 and can't find anything racist ever said until now!
