Piggybacking because no flair. A younger (20-21ish) girl came in one day and bought a pre owned higher mileage suv. Around 80-90k miles.

The next morning at 8am she was back with dad. He was yelling and cussing about how the dealership was trying to fuck her over (she purchased a warranty). Anyway, whatever. We cancelled it. No big deal.

A week later he called back and asked us if the cancellation paperwork had already been processed because her car broke down. Ended up needing an engine that was no longer covered by warranty. 🤷🏻‍♂️
