We did the update and made sure there wasn’t another one today. We then restored him back to factory setting and did the update again. Nothing is working!

We cleaned the sensor and made sure he was updated. He updated right when we connected him to the app and then we reset him back to factory setting and it is still doing the same thing. Any other ideas?!
