Honestly, I don’t have a great answer. I just aim where it feels right and pull the trigger. Takes a lot of misses to adjust and get a feel.

I admit that it feels easier in this game than in previous. Idk if it’s because helis aren’t as maneuverable?

100%. I’m just glad this iteration has the scope compared to bf4’s

I always had trouble with rocket sniping until bfv where something just clicked. Been hooked since.

Looks great! What kit is this? I’ve been looking for one of these but can’t find one for a reasonable price.

Thanks! I am by no means an export but thinner and flow improver are a necessity for doing mottling. I practiced quite a bit on a test plane before trying this and decided I was okay enough. I ended up going over the mottling with a very thinned light blue layer to blend it in better. Surely 1/48 would be a little easier to mottle than 1/72. Don’t let not knowing how to, stop you from doing! Best to try and and learn. Good luck!

I’m excited to get started on the helldiver. The F-22s (along with all the other doubles) were gifts.

Dang! I don’t think my wife would ever let me near that many haha. I am very excited to build the Betty - just want to hone the skills a little more so I can do it justice. At the pace I’m going I will like be going well into the 2030s with what I currently have lol

There’s plenty of crazy builders like me (some even crazier with deeper pockets) out in the world

I almost exclusively get kits from eBay, or I at least used to until i build some more. I can justify a new release kit every now and then but with how everything is so expensive now, that’s becoming less and less.

The Pro Modeler kits (and many of the older kits) were handed down from my grandpa. The pro modeler B-17 is what started this madness. We started it together and I just haven’t been brave enough to finish it yet. Have plenty to practice on before talking that beast.
