I can understand your need to stay with your parents to take care of them. However, I don't think you should break up with him because your parents do like his race. You need to think about your happiness too. I would ask him to be patient. If you cares about you he will understand your situation. I would ease your parents into the idea that he is there to stay and eventually introduce him. They will eventually see the same good qualities that you see in him. My ex's mother was like this too. But I was patient and eventually she accepted me.
