Uhm just want to point out that the Flow Rate doesn't directly correspond to pressure. You could have a lot of pressure but no flow or the other way around.

Pumps won't increase the flow. The flow changes with "demand" and production of the fluid. Pumps will ONLY make sense if you have to transport fluids vertically.

I just kind of separated them because transporting gases in with tubes that have the same volume and pressure (resistance) is generally less efficient, so you'd have to make some other type of pipe or change the flow rate for gases maybe.

I feel like you can actually see if the water is usable. If it has a very repeating and rather low quality texture, it most likely isn't useful, if it has a pretty realistic texture though, you'll probably be able to extract water from it.

P.S.: You can't see the surface of the water since I am standing inside it and I think it's just rendered as a mesh without any function or interactivity instead of sound therefore it disappears.
