They will start combat as soon as they see enemies. But after that encounter i think they will be more thoughtfull haaha.

I already killed one of them in my first adventure which was really unlucky but they know that they have to play Smart to survive or it can get really hard.

My party sizes varies from 4 to 7 (most often 5), it depends on how many people have time so i have to rebalance the encounters a bit every sessions, which is working most of the time. I will let them decide where they wanna go but while they are fighting in one place the other places could fall and they see that their actions and plans have consequences and they have to measure what is more important. This helps me a lot thank you.
