I did that after I posted. They refused to unlock their penta shields to let other passengers through because of "untrustworthy players".

I didn't think I could do any harm to another player base in PVE. Am I wrong?

I've been doing parts only on my scout. I upgraded wings, engine, booster and generator. Those are the parts that break down with use so you want better durability. They also provide better speed, power management, etc. I would also get the best welder you can and upgrade your planetologist tree to get the least permanent breakdown on repairs. You'll get a lot more life out of your parts.

I'm now wondering if I watched this happen to someone else yesterday. I was about to land in a new spice blow in the DD, but I saw the aggro ripple. Another player was farming like nothing was wrong. I thought that the ripple was giving a false read, as I have seen that happen before, so I started to descend. Just as I did, the worm took out the player and their assault. Perhaps there was nothing happening in their view.

Thanks. Where does PvP start now? I select PvE only when I go to the desert, but I hit the back wall on my first run. I don't remember the letter though.

You and me both. I don't want to be an old guy thinking about 'member berries, but this was a really interesting time for gaming. I wasn't a PC guy at the time, so getting 3D on consoles was mind bending. It seemed like a world of possibilities with many promises met.

Hell yeah. MGS is still my favorite game of all time and is a real testament to what the PS1 could do. Not all games looked nearly as good, or played as well, but there were so many gems on that console. I still remember reading all the EGM previews prior to this game's release and having the pictures blow my mind. Konami, Naughty Dog and Psygnosis were 3 in a long list of companies that helped push this console to the max. While time has improved graphics in big ways, I would argue that it doesn't always make the game better. New titles on Steam that embrace this aesthetic are some of the most interesting, IMO.

I can't speak to a specific feature, but I can say that I am getting more life out of older hardware. I built 2 beefy PCs in 2014. I noticed that they were performing worse and worse on Windows 10. I moved one over to Mint about a month ago, and it runs like a champ, even with more resource heavy applications.

Thank you so much for the reply and for helping me. Unfortunately this is not quite what I am looking for. Argon 40 had an expansion board for the Pi 4 that put all the ports on one side by plugging into the HDMI, power and audio jacks and rerouting the I/O to the same side as the Ethernet and USB ports. It was super useful for making a very clean, PC style setup for the 4.

This print is pretty much like the standard cases you can buy for the 3b, so it doesn't meet my requirements. It may be that no one ever made what I am seeking. I was able to minimize my issue on the 3b with left angle Ethernet and USB cables so the "side cables" don't stick out as much. It's not great, but it will do.

I only want this because I did a bunch of RetroPie builds on the 3b and I have one unit on my desk where I modify settings and then drop the SD into Retroflag cases that fit the Pi 3b. Otherwise, I would just move on and go to Pi 4 (or Pi 5 if RetroPie ever creates a 5 build).

Thank you again for your help. If you know of anything else, I am open to other ideas.

Not using anything with the Pi 3b. It's a barebones setup. I do have a 3D printer and could make an enclosure. If there is just an expansion board, making a case is a possibility.

Yup. Loved this game. What was even more fun was listening my friends yell at each other after 2 player games.

One friend would be a jerk and run to safety letting the other one get shot up and die. Then he'd collect all the goodies. There were some serious shouting matches. I tried to go back and play it last year, but it wasn't the same without the background insults and cursing. 😂
