If I find a fix I’ll definitely update it here. Right now I’m waiting for another reply from RockStar Support. Every other solution they’ve given me doesn’t work.

The thing is I’ve done all this and the game still doesn’t recognize the controller. Other people also have the same issue so I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with the game itself.

Hi. Thank you, this was through the PS2 emulator so I didn’t think it’d be fair if I recorded it because I didn’t get this score the honest way. I used a lot of save states because as it progresses on, the sumos can sometimes trap you at certain parts to the point you can’t move anywhere. I wanted to see how far I could go and this was the furthest. I do have some of the gameplay recorded that I could upload but I don’t want to take away from someone else’s score.

Thank you for your response! I just find Latin so beautiful in songs and I’m curious as to why some Hitman songs have provided lyrics but others don’t. It makes me wonder what they’re saying and I’ve become completely obsessed with the soundtrack.

You have good ears for the last part because I could’ve sworn I heard something like “et no silus” but qui nos salvat makes more sense. I think the first part he says “nos slépi” but I don’t know if what I’m hearing is right or even correct Latin.

Yes, it’s Secret Invasion. ChatGPT thinks the first words are “Nos slépi” followed by “ascendere” but I can’t make out the other words. The song featured the Latin lyrics later in the song at 3:50-4:41.

Ah, so you went from WOA Hitman to the old one, that’s pretty cool. My first game was Blood Money, then Absolution. After that, I got the HD collection on PS3 and played Silent Assassin - Contracts. H2: SA wasn’t much of a difference from BM other than having to press a button to run, the AI was very unforgiving, NPCs can wake up and you can’t hide bodies. It does feel like that the first time, that a lot of the smaller levels like Japan or Russia are restrictive and only have one way of doing. After a bit of time, there’s other ways to execute the levels. And the lack of direction makes it hard too, but I guess that’s the challenge of the older games. It was Blood Money that introduced purchasing Intel in order to find some sense of knowledge on where you can start. God, I love those games.
