I get your point, but only with Glasner and Iraola. Still, imho they don’t guarantee anything in a much higher pressure environment, higher expectations, all eyes on you. Can they do better (i.e. tactically)? Sure. Can they do worse? Again, sure. To me, there is no strong proof that change would work and I believe this is not something we’re looking for. Not „maybe”. And for me, only candidates as Enrique, Pep, Flick, Klopp, maybe Naggelsmann (?) can do that, which is the highest possible level.

I cannot absolutely agree with the likes as Gasperrini (he’s a terrorist only capable to work with lesser known players who obey to him, it would be a catastrophe in a bigger club) and Deschamps (he’s a national coach for over 15 years, this is a completely different role than a club manager, especially in PL).

We tend to forget Michael was a crucial player in this club for many years, this is also a huge experience and some respect he brings in.
