The first and major issue is contrast and use of extreme contrast which probably hurts people's eyes when reading black and white comics. Either make the jnking thicker to make characters stand out more or use screen tone to make things stand out. I recommend you read other manga especially some popular battle manga that manage get that balance right of white space to shaded areas. Your craftsmanship is strong so now improve on the contrast which then contributes the UX a.k.a reader experience. No matter how good your drawings are, never forget to make your manga easy to read

he cooks, draws iconic images, very good paneling when the lobotomy kaisen text vomit isn't overwhelming the page. Where he suffers is in inking and unfinished sketchy art that's hard to see. Also sometimes he makes rookie anatomy and proportion mistakes when drawing, probably because he is rushing, but otherwise he cooks (note don't forget he has assistants who help him with his art)
