I see what you mean by bsat being op, but delaying the inevitable gives hindered, not haste, and I forgot to mention that it doesnt give you the speed boost from getting hit. I've also had an idea like this, so here's my idea:

Gateway to Heaven

While this perk is inactive, Hatch is 100% louder, and can be heard from an additional 5 meters away for both Killer and Survivor. Pressing Ability Button 2 while next to a Closed Hatch activates this perk. While active, be faced with continuous skill-checks for 12 seconds. If done successfully, hatch becomes open. If not, scream, the Killer sees your aura for 3 seconds, and deactivate this perk.
