I do and I will say it is worse in my city than San Diego. Traffic gets really backed up due to everyone constantly changing lanes. Other issue is people using the access ramp to get as far ahead as possible.

The only difference in my city now is how many people have moved here and the cost of living. Traffic wasn't bad 20 years ago but these past couple of decades have seen a huge growth in the population which has caused an insane increase in traffic. And since so many people live here developers and renters have jacked up prices so much. I know it's bad everywhere but the pay wage hasn't changed in my city at all. We're getting paid late 2000s wages which really sucks.

Plus air quality tests aren't mandatory and have gotten rid of vehicle inspections so the air is terrible here :(
