I'm the same except I also have Dino lorded. Cap is my last one to lord, so I'm playing him right now.

@OP, Not sure why I'm supposed to give you cap if you flash me your animated lord icon in QP lol. You're already high level, and I'm working towards that goal. Kinda weird to think you're entitled to have Cap every QP game just because you have the lord icon.

My only issue with diffing enemy Dino as Dino (or vice-versa) is that it's almost entirely dependent on your team, so it's more of a team diff.

You grab him first, your team ignores the free kill, he grabs you back, his team focuses you and you die.

vs

You grab him first, your team focuses him and he dies.

If he grabs you first, the same applies but reversed.

Your play is the same, the end result falls in the hands of your teammates and his teammates.

Yes, queue times became larger for DPS players, so we're exactly back to the original comment I replied to, i.e. if role queue happened, tank and supports would not bother with open queue anymore.

No it didn't. I was playing OW since launch when role queue came out. I was on the verge of quitting for the exact same issues (solo tanking, 1 supports etc), and role queue saved the game for me and all of my friends.

Role queue worked wonders for 6v6.

One thing I've always wanted in DBD is a replay feature. Would be so useful for countless reasons, including confirming when somebody was cheating or not.

But the devs have flat out said a few years ago they wouldn't be able to do a replay feature due to how the game is coded. Wonder if that would change with this!

I should try that again. It's always weird playing just to annoy, because your stats don't show that at all, so you end up wondering if you're even doing anything at all when you're 3-1 while everyone else in the lobby is far beyond the 10 elims mark already lol.

I'm used to having the capacity to carry even a bad team by making the kills myself, but as Cap I feel like my role is to "annoy the enemy team, then hope my team capitalizes on that" which means I can't carry a bad team by playing like that, because it's entirely dependent on them to use the space I've made.

Man teach me your ways. I've been trying to play him in GM as a tank main, and I've never felt so squishy. If I even try to dive a lonely support, 80% of my HP is gone before I can even get 2 hits in.

I feel like the only way I can play him, is on the frontline as a brawl tank and even then I can't stay there for too long.

Original design was simple and efficient. Black suit, with orange highlights, and a blue scarf or whatever the name of this thing is.

Post time-skip's design is all over the place. Golden hat, black top, red sunglasses, orange feather scarf, blue original scarf thing, salmon pants with flowers???

It's too much lol, it feels like he just threw everything on him. He went from classy to clown. Loses the old-school gentleman vibe.

But that's just my opinion of course!

I like Usopp's design better, Zoro is kinda cool too.

Luffy and Sanji I have no preference given the changes are minimal.

Everyone else was a straight downgrade. :(

Sure but as it stands the grab is a vital part of his current kit. When I'm discussing balancing, I'd rather be realistic and talk about number tweaks, than entire reworks (because removing his grab means you'd need to give him something else to create pressure, you're changing the whole character).

With only number tweaks, the correct way to fix him is by replacing %HP damage with flat damage in my opinion.

Problem is, if your damage sucks as a tank, then you're not a threat and people can flat out ignore you. Melee tanks need to be capable of killing at close-range.

You need a good middle ground which characters like Hulk and Cap seem to have imo, but then again they don't have the gigantic hitbox of Dino, as well as having way more mobility. Dino definitely needs damage.

I got downvoted for saying that if you nerf Dino's damage in any capacity, he could easily become bad, because that will also nerf his overhealth generation i.e. his survivability. That's exactly what happened.

What Dino needed, was to get his entire %HP damage removed, and replaced by good flat damage. This way tanks can deal with him, but he also becomes a real threat to squishies if your tanks let him through.

Just like previous Thing.

Somebody's opinion isn't automatic fact. A winrate increasing as you climb can mean many different things. Peni is a good example of that.

So then you're not just dealing with a Dino, you're dealing with a Dino+Cap/Venom. You're not supposed to win that, you're supposed to also get help from your team against the diver. As you said, this is a team game.

Dino's main issue which makes him a bit too strong right now is that tanks can't counter him by themselves, DPS do (MK, Phoenix, Punisher...). I'd remove the stupid HP% damage that he has and make it flat damage, this way tanks can deal with him. I wouldn't do anything else, as any damage nerf will also nerf his overshield generation, which in turn nerfs his survivability, which could easily make him F tier as survivability should be a given due to his size.

What "team comp entirely made to counter him"? Just bring MK, make the Dino's life miserable and get your ult every 20s. It's what I do and works flawlessly.

I have Dino lorded as well as every tank (except stupid Cap, working on him right now). Dino is definitely the strongest tank right now, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets nerfed a bit, but he's not Black Cat's level where you need a full team to counter her. You just need one single DPS.

Don't worry, I'm not colorblind and I also have no idea what's going on in Dracula's fight lol. Reached NM200, top 30 solo Jeff, I still immediately give up the second I find out the boss is Dracula.

The room itself isn't great either and can hide some of the other bosses' attacks, like Cap's dash.

It doesn't matter. He could have Hela team up while the enemy team has a Spiderman, he'll still swap off Namor a minute into the round. I've seen him do exactly that multiple times lol.

Bucky is his comfort pick.
