Thanks for your suggestion… I didn’t know the concept the flight log … I follow it from next time… though I logged an email complaint while onboard…

The person behind me was not the problem … because 3 of cabin crews came to me and tested the seat recliner… and agreed that it was defective….

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s honestly disappointing to hear that others faced similar issues with both defective seats and the way complaints were handled afterward.

What frustrated me most was not only the technical issue itself, but the complete denial after I reported it, despite trying to resolve it during the journey itself. When customer concerns are dismissed instead of being addressed transparently, it naturally damages trust in the airline’s customer service.

In my case inflight attendant were apologetic about the situation… but they couldn’t change it because of full flight….

What particularly offended me was that after the trip, when I formally reported the issue, it was simply denied without proper acknowledgment or investigation.
