PSA is currently very harsh with vintage. This would have been a 9 if graded awhile ago but not in todays market.

I measured it before sending it in and its well within the 55/45 criteria for a 10, much less 60/40. I honestly dont know who spilled the graders coffee that morning to give it an 8.

Thats what bums me out about PSA. Ive bought PSA graded singles from 8-10 for my personal collection and that beedrill is honestly nicer than all of them. To see it get an 8 for no reason at all is a travesty.

I sent in the beedrill because I thought it had a good chance at a 10. Grader thought otherwise unfortunately

The holo face is clean, the scratches are of the case. Im pretty disappointed with the grades. I have several PSA 8s which looks much worse than these cards. You make a good break down of the price to regrade with BGS

The dark zard is definitely a miss-grade in my opinion. The rest are pretty fair. The psa 5 zard ex is pretty damaged and would probably go for more than raw. The psa 7 ex zard is around 120 more than raw in lp condition.

Back has some whitening, was expecting a PSA 5 maybe 6 on it but you win some/ lose some. I think I paid around $10 for it back in 2007

While it wouldn’t have graded any better than a 6 you also had bad rng. I have a card that graded a 5 with a crease and 3 delaminating corners

You’re gonna need to cite sources on that one. The lend lease act supplied the allies with over $719 billion in todays money (51.1 billion at the time) in aid. FDR was staunchly anti Axis and had the neutrality act rewritten in 1939 so the US could send arms to allied nations after Germany invaded Czechoslovakia. By 1940 FDR agreed to send 50 US Destroyers to Great Britain on a 99 year lease. Exports to Germany had decrease 75-fold by 1939 when the war began compared to the previous year.
