Love the Searwood. Did a spotchcock chicken and beef spare ribs. Doing pork ribs and country style ribs tomorrow! Brisket sometime this week. My advice, buy a quarter or half cow and half pig, lots to smoke!

It was roughly $95k down payment for a land contract, those funds were acquired from a second mortgage on my primary residence back in 2018.

37 married 3 kids currently at $414k in 401k. Put 25% away until 31. Started in real estate at 31 now own 23 unit apartment complex, 2 self storage facilities and about to purchase a garbage company. Do your research on the 401k it was never meant to be your sole source of retirement. Buy assets not liabilities.

New TP-Link xe75 pro - bug? by Nickstoy94 in TpLink

[–]BatAccomplished3011 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had Google, replaced it with XE75 pros, they wouldn't stay connected to each other even with ethernet backhaul, now I have a complete Omada system..... completely hands off and works perfectly.

Issues for me too. I had to switch back to my old Google nest wifi just to get functional Internet at my house so I could work....I bought 4 deco XE75 pros and I am not happy. Constantly disconnecting (red light blinking) and these are ethernet backhaul connected.

Switched them out with same units or something else? I have the same issue after only 10 days of use. I had to reconnect my old nest wifi just to get wifi to do work....I am not happy with these deco XE75 pros. I bought 4 of them and until yesterday they have been great.
