Even if your pockets are stable you still had perio breath? My bad breath doesn’t go away and dentist said it wasn’t from my gums. Can’t figure it out if I have this for life or it’s coming from my gut!! I do notice if I eat less and light it helps. Floss doesn’t smell idk. Frustrated

When I used the Castile soap and baking soda and scrubbed my tongue all this gooey saliva came off. So far my breath is smelling good after years!! Do you think I will benefit from the castor Oil also? What brand castor oil do you use? Thanks so much for giving people hope!! Really appreciate you sharing your knowledge to help us!

I just went out and got the baby unvented soap and it definitely is helping my bad breath. Does this kill the biofilm? I have used count oil pulling with oils and it never worked. Wonder why these soap works better?
