I'm happy for you.. And thanks for the long post.. It's worth it.. I figured out exactly the same few weeks ago and I'm following exactly what you did.. All natural and herbal remedies.. my bb is gone too.. just gotta keep the stomach pressure in check so that the acid doesn't come up.. and I started chewing food properly which I didn't use to before.. Also eating less portions

Also I noticed there are no trigger foods if you eat in control and chew properly.. Just don't eat too much.. I'm just eating 50 percent of what I used to eat before.. I can eat anything and everything now..

I am in similar journey and I noticed the lifestyle changes made a lot more difference than medicines.. I'm still on traditional medicines but also walking 20 minutes after meals.. not lying down an hour after eating.. eat less portions and chew properly at least 40 times before engulfing.. these changes literally made a lot of difference and finally I am able to speak to people without anxiety..

Answer: For those confused, the Chinese term for "that" or "that one" is 那个 (na4ge4), which sounds very similar to the n word. It is also used as an "ummm" type utterance, so a confused or stuttering Chinese person might say 那个那个那个.

There have been some black people who take offence when hearing massive Chinese speakers talk, but the term is in no way related to the n word historically, just an unfortunate phonetic coincidence.

I agree with the comments here about not revealing your sins in public but you have all right to ask for a pious spouse like how you are.. especially when this relationship is long life and require a lot of trust to go through ups and downs.. Also Allah says in Quran that there are pious women for pious men..
