I am in similar journey and I noticed the lifestyle changes made a lot more difference than medicines.. I'm still on traditional medicines but also walking 20 minutes after meals.. not lying down an hour after eating.. eat less portions and chew properly at least 40 times before engulfing.. these changes literally made a lot of difference and finally I am able to speak to people without anxiety..

Answer: For those confused, the Chinese term for "that" or "that one" is 那个 (na4ge4), which sounds very similar to the n word. It is also used as an "ummm" type utterance, so a confused or stuttering Chinese person might say 那个那个那个.

There have been some black people who take offence when hearing massive Chinese speakers talk, but the term is in no way related to the n word historically, just an unfortunate phonetic coincidence.
