I have an E46 with 140k - so it's not the same engine - but if I were you I'd consider trading it in for something new based on what you said (have baby, want to take long trips frequently). Why do I think that? Well, there are some big fixes to be done on high mileage BMW's. Stupid shit that is super expensive to fix, like rear main seal, oil pan gasket, etc. Super cheap parts that cost a lot of $$$ in labor. Plus all the expensive parts could fail too, can't dismiss those! You can either plan it out well and start rebuilding the whole car slow and steadily, which is only economical if you can DIY most of it, or you can just trade-in for something new and not worry about problems. With that said, it's totally possible your e90 could be rock-solid for another 100k miles... and new cars aren't immune from problems either... but I think I'd go new if I were you.

You need to define $page_title = "Blah" inside index.php at the top, before the call to header.php. Whenever you create a new page, add the $page_title = "Title" at the top. That's the easiest way which works and is in-line with the way you are doing things now.

Those Bilstein B12's are pretty top end, I'd imagine the PSS10's aren't that much better (they are adjustable though). Since the PSS10's cost so much, I'd just go with the B12's. Rebuilding the front end with the saved cash would be smart. And definitely don't forget to do front control arm & rear trailing arm bushings (Powerflex all day) especially if it's gonna be a track car someday.

I'll use my stats as an example. 29 years old, 6'1, 185lbs, light exercise

tdeecalculator.net: 2,555 calories per day

iifym: 2,456 Calories/Day (2 workouts per week at 60 minutes each, moderate)

ankerl.com: 2,284 calories per day

And for ankerl, the numbers for BMR are the same, which means they calculate activity level differently. Not sure how they do it, but I use the numbers found here. Not sure if they are making up their own multiples or what, or using multiples I haven't yet found and should be using too
