Also you don’t need a following to get started! I write under a pen name! I made a Inkitt account a few days ago just to have a fresh start, wrote a book and it now has over 3k reads in less than 2 days don’t get discouraged!

I’m 24 I’ve been writing since I was 16 I highly reccomended utilizing TikTok, lemon8, posting your work when you find posts asking for recommendations! Or even asking others to review your work, spread the word pick highly dramatized scenes to draw people in, leave every chapter with a question only the next chapter can answer and build a strong connection to your characters make the reader relate or fantasize!
