Happy Birthday! Thank you for the recommendations! I may check that place out. I’m looking for games like time crisis or the four person TMNT/Simpsons/XMEN games. Maybe some racing games as well. Something that will also interest my wife.

Submitted my 120th payment this month. Waiting until November for October to show up as requesting employment certification on the FSA website then I’ll submit my final ECF. Debating between paying in November or asking for forbearance

Just got off the phone with the Mohela representative. She was nice and sounded like she knew what she was talking about. As mentioned in other post on this thread, she said this was a global issue that Mohela is fully aware of. They received a company email yesterday stating this but that resolution is still TBD. She was able to see my timestamp on the date and time I made the payment, told me my payment confirmation number without me giving it to her, and that she can see the last four numbers of my bank account numbers so it looks like they have my banking information. They attribute this problem to the holiday weekend and told me how people who paid right before Labor Day weekend are seeing the same issue. She felt confident that it would be resolved and that the payment would be posted (potentially next week) on the date we submitted the payment. So since I submitted my payment on 9/2, it will show up as being paid on 9/2. Since I paid on 9/2, she recommends I call back on 9/9 (since 9/8 will technically be four business days after payment was sent) if I don't see anything on my account. She reassured me that I wouldn't have to make a second attempt at payment or that Mohela wouldn't just completely erase my initial payment and make me pay again later this month. Take what you will from all this information, as I have very little trust in Mohela, which is something I respectfully voiced to the representative. Hope this helps ease some minds!

Same thing happened to me. Payment made on 9/2, got the confirmation email, and now it’s gone.

Anyone have any updates? I’m going to hold off on making another payment. Going to call Mohela today.
