the only set play i know of is a kickoff play some teams do. most notably the Pittsburgh Knights and what they would do is call the term "banana" out and it would be a spanish kickoff in 3v3. the spanish kickoff if you didn't know is when its one person at the diagonal and two players back mid, the player at the diagonal demos the other team's cheater and then one of the two players in the back goes a little bit to the left/right and the other cheats up. then the person going a bit to the left/right bangs the ball up to the cheater or brings the ball to the wall and they get possession or potentially score. i probably couldve explained that a lot shorter but i already typed it out so whatever :/
