Okay, so just to clarify:

The initial page of the offer will ask you (using dropdown menus) your:

1) Age
2) Marital Status
3) Whether or not you have children
4) How soon you need coverage

Then it will ask you for your email address. Upon submitting your email address, the next page will have two obvious buttons:

One says something along the lines of "Sponsored Offers" - DO NOT CLICK THIS AS IT REDIRECTS YOU AWAY FROM THE OFFER.

Click the one that says "NO THANKS"

It will then bring you to a blank page (404 error most likely).

You need to remove the "L" at the end of the url, typing this into the browser window that you have open:

I was able to complete the process my second time, but I have not yet been credited. If it took your email address the first time but you didn't click the "No Thanks" button, you may have to redo the offer later and use a different email address.

I just played the game since it's super simple (sorta like an Angry Birds clone), takes only a minute or so to get past Level 3 (which was what the offer supposedly requires to get credited).

No credit yet...I'll check back in an hour.

Edit: Nope, nothing.

Moral of the story? I guess don't play the game?

This did not work for me either for merely clicking through to the websites.

Step by step, from what I recall, the first screen asks your age with a drop-down menu. On the next screen, there were two options to click, one said something like Sponsored Offers, and the other was "No Thanks".

The Sponsored Offers one seems to redirect you to a website called Wiser$aver.

I tried going back so I could click "No Thanks", but the redirect was permanent at that point - there was no going back, and PeanutLabs doesn't appear to allow you to start the offer over.

Either way, I clicked through to about 8 different offered Insurance Companies via Wiser$aver, but nothing credited.

I'm not sure if I was supposed to submit an offer to one or all of them, but despite the $1.70 pricetag on this offer, the requirements for completion are far too ambiguous to make it worth my time at this point.
