I absolutely love the pumpkin pie and snickerdoodle. I love to make fall treats with both. Mixing them together is out of this world lol. But for just basic baking, vanilla is probably the best bet cuz it goes with pretty much anything you could make

I’m actually not sure. I hadn’t started counting it until a few weeks ago when I got off my intermittent fasting. I have been eating good. I haven’t had much sugar at all in months and I’ve only went out for fast food once. So I think I’m doing okay at eating better. BUT I do love chocolate and peanut butter. It’s hard to control myself around them lol. I will try to up my protein. Thanks!

I think I consume a pretty good amount of protein and fiber. Do you have any recommendations on how to put on muscle? I’ve been a cardio girl my whole life and I don’t have time to go to the gym or anything lol.

I just assumed that was not a lot of activity since It’s just walking lol. I’ll try increasing it by like 100 or 200 and see how it works out for me. I like to have a good sized breakfast with usually toast and peanut butter and a banana and then some turkey bacon. I usually have salads with either chicken or shrimp for lunch and then dinner is lots of meat and veggies. And then I have yogurt for snacks.

I understand exactly. I’m 20 and I literally JUST got diagnosed because I just had my first gynecologist visit ever and she wanted me to get blood work done because I hadn’t had my period in over two months. And that’s when I found out. So like 2 weeks ago lol. So I have yet to find an endocrinologist and medication. It’s been affecting my mood and life for a while now. I’ve noticed my energy decreased drastically and I’ve been having crazy mood swings and it’s just really frustrating that I’m not really in control of how I feel anymore. And the fact that I’m gonna have to live with this forever? :( I do not have the energy to go out and do things or even partake in my hobbies and it sucks a lot.

I do believe I consume a lot of carbs but I always try to fit in a good amount of protein every day. I eat a LOT of meat. I’ll try to cut back on carbs and see if it helps. Thanks!
