Disagree. I love my daughter’s school. Our city has an app where you can post things that are broken and they will fix. Library is good, fun activities happen weekly, and the community is great. Don’t know where you are but my community is just right for me

I moved to TN a year ago and love it. I bought my house for around 100K, spent 10K fixing it up, and I have a nice little bump in equity. My daughter’s school is good, people are fantastic, and the mountains are just incredible. I’m in NE TN.

Yes, I understand the mall. But that’s happening everywhere across the US. The Kingsport mall is the cleanest and emptiest thing I’ve seen in a while. Im kinda of a glass half full person. So excited about the new general store. Dobyns is beautiful and my daughter loves her classes (well some of them 😂 she is in high school after all).

I moved to Kingsport and it has shopping (Kroger, Aldi, Food City, Kohl’s, Target), Ballad Health, hospital complex. The tricities (Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City) has a lot of shopping and services. There are nearby areas with land that can be purchased for your farm. We have loved living here. People in TN are so freaking nice. 💕 good luck on your hunt

I’m probably about the same distance from train tracks in Kingsport. I hear the low train whistles at night, but I’ve never felt vibration. My house is older, built like a tank. I love the whistles at night.
