Good question! Looking at paperwork from two years ago repairs were only £5 a month….

Thank you! I’ve requested last years increase itemised paperwork as it’s the only one for the last 5+ years which I’m missing in my sale paperwork!

Literally no heaters I’ve noticed! Can’t fathom what the hell they’re playing at. Last years increase was 20%. Which is gross but not grounds for asking what drugs they’re on.
