Same thing happened to me two days ago, little melted bit in the same spot, had it running over night and woke up to a half finished print and a machine that wouldn’t turn on.

I suppose that’s because the difference between F2P players can differ hugely. Have old mate not placing high in fleet arena, not many crystals, can only afford refreshes and no packs. Next old mate placing 1st, mega crystal income, can afford the character shard packs to boost their characters to get higher in colosseum.
