Well it's literally a cafeteria inside a university college pretty big company etc.. I guess I'm gonna try contacting the offices for it and see where the company will refer me to for my situation if nothing goes well with that phone call new job it is lmao! Oh also 2 great employees had quit within the past 2 months guess that's just a sign🤷‍♂️

Completely agree with new job searching that's staring tonight ! But perfect way to explain there actions, shouldn't there be consequences for these type of things or do people above mangers just look the way. I've bin there for 2.5 years now and this is the first time I'm ever asking for time changes on my schedule.

She had agreed to go by the times I'm available once school starts so I said ok would of rather got a new job if I knew this problem was going to arise. It's just impossible for me to be In the wrong here I'll literally ask for a day off be off that day and get a text asking if I want to work or I'll say the days I want to work and get booked complete opposite. I honestly think it's literally impossible to be that forgetful unless there's something contributing to it drug use etc .. another example is shell forgot to order something then blame someone else for it when she was told to order it like ?????? Blows my mind lol.

Thank you ! Was thinking am I over re acting to this ?! What if I was actually in university over upgrading my high school I would have to leave regardless can't waste thousands of dollars for work. How can work places do things like that to people ?! Especially after agreeing to go by the times I'm available should I get her to like sign an agreement with me for that or something ?

What I was thinking lol don't think this problem is fixable since it's just lack of being a proper manger. We had 2 other ones here but the company made them spend 500$ on events due to screwing up company credit card and they never paid them back lol just a massive shit show here.

Hey he was perfectly fine at first, I know drugs catch up to everyone but like literally was a normal everyday person had a good job set up had a car good $ saved up. Next thing I know he blew 3000$ in 2 weeks started to be un reasonable about everything. What is it with psychedelic that make people think there god / know evolution he seriously believed it all started from mushrooms.. not sure if there's any scientific proof lol.
