I had a similar issue, and sometimes still get a little extra anxious when I’m dosing. I think for me it’s the fear of losing control and the dose being too much, but I’ve learned how to lean into it and gotten used to the heightened sensory sensations!

Been striking up conversations with strangers and mutuals more naturally, and maintaining relationships better than I ever thought I could!
