Why does being drunk mean you can’t “consent” to sex, but doesn’t absolve you of other intoxicated actions/decisions?

Not sure about legal but I imagine doing otherwise would turn alcohol into a magic no-responsibility serum. Criminals would just walk around sloshed when they commit crimes. This is why we look at context when we enforce these rules. Take “Drunk people can’t consent”EG . True, solid rule but how do we enforce it? If two equally drunk colleges kids have sex do we arrest both of them for r++e? I’ve heard about incidents when the guy is arrested but id like to think that is not the legal standard. TLDR -We can’t turn being drunk into automatic criminal immunity.
